Main working projects
1.Be responsible for draw-up the development program of researching in natural science in the whole province education system.；
2.To organize high school undertaking the important science & technology project in national and province, and guide it put into practice；
3.Be responsible for the management of research results in natural science in the whole province education system
4.To coordinate and guide the development work of the province key laboratory, engineering technique research center in high school；
5.Be responsible for the development work of education information, guide the development work of education website and；
6.To coordinate and guide the translation of science & technology results; industrialization of high technology, combination of producing, learning and researching as well as the construction and development of university science & technology party in Henan province；
7.Be responsible for high school' s management of technique creative talented person and engineering；
8.Be responsible for coordinating the relevant copyright, patent, press and high school journal work in education system；
9.Be responsible for draw-up the sorting program of ancient book in education system and guide it put into practice；
10.Be responsible for the international exchanges and cooperation of province education as well as the education exchanges and cooperation with the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong and Macao；
11.To manage the work of studying abroad and coming to Henan to study；
12.To guild the Chinese teaching toward foreigners；
13.To guild the work of the organization of Chinese and foreigh cooperation；
14.Be responsible for the declares, managing, advertisement reviewing and the annual examination and verification of the service organization agency that go abroad in self-provided；
